To book a service and repair please have the following information ready.

  • Appliance type
  • Model Number

  • Serial Number (if available)
  • Date of purchase (if Appliance is in Warranty)

Service and Repair Fees (Out of Warranty)#

Monday – Friday

$165.00 Flat rate (includes service call out and labour) excludes spare parts

Saturdays (not available for online booking)

$185.00 Flat rate (includes service call out and labour) excludes spare parts

Assistant Technician

$70 (if required)

(#Metro areas only excluding Tasmania. Fixed labour costs do not apply to air conditioners or hot water systems)

How do I find my model number?

Your product model number is located on your appliance serial plate. How to read the numbers on your serial plate:
(1) The model number, use this to search for user manuals or repair and service etc.
(2) Product Number Code (PNC), use this when searching for spare parts for your appliance.
(3) Serial Number, unique to your appliance.
